The only departure from the form of Ordinance No. 16 of 1920

is the insertion of the words "or by any order amending the same,

in section 3(2). It is intended to deal with this point in relation to the other Treaty of Peace Brders in an Ordinance which will be required to deal with the Treaties of Peace Orders(Amend- ment) Order, 1921, and with two small outstanding points in the Austrian and Bulgarian Orders.

In my opinion this is an ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
